I have been a Registered Nurse for 10 years and became extremely disenchanted with our "health"care industry and the ways in which it has become just another money-making corporation. I decided I wanted to go my own way and start working with people 1:1 on their health and wellness goals, which encompass a holistic approach of mind, body, heart, and spirit. My philosophy is that you cannot have real health and happiness without having all of these areas addressed. 

As defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching is ”partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential”

By partnering with my clients, I meet them exactly where they are at that moment, creating a safe and open space to explore how their past experiences are affecting their current and future ways of being. By allowing them to be in the driver's seat to create a life that they desire, they set the agenda. This is not therapy so the goal is not to dwell on the past, and it is not consulting so I am not the expert. The client is the expert of their own life. My job is to help explore, reframe, be curious, and invite in new ways of building your future. 

I am trained through Accomplishment Coaching in San Diego, CA and hold a bachelor's degree in Nursing. Working as a Registered Nurse over the past 10 years has given me insight into how we have stopped listening to our own bodies and replaced our inner knowing with machines and technology. I help people to reconnect with themselves to remember the power they hold to reach their highest potential and create meaningful relationships in their lives.  My education, experience and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals, have meaningful relationships, and most importantly, cultivate self love.
